You are invited to an evening of art and celebration at the 2nd Flying Colors Benefit Art Auction, a showcase of the extraordinary talent of local Maine artists, raising funds for the Children’s Museum & Theatre of Maine’s Community Fund.

WHAT TO EXPECT

CMTM’s Flying Colors Benefit Art Auction is THE art experience of the season. Explore three floors of exhibits, indulge in delightful bites courtesy of Big Tree Catering, sip colorful concoctions courtesy of Thompson’s Point, and have the opportunity to bid on over 100 works of art. As you mingle with fellow art enthusiasts and the artists themselves, enjoy the symphonic sounds of KAFARI and participate in a community art project.

This 21+ event promises a night of joy and inspiration benefitting CMTM's Community Fund. By participating in the Flying Colors Art Auction, you are helping to support CMTM’s access and inclusion programs, scholarships, and discounts, helping to ensure every child can open the door to imagination and play at CMTM.

Music Provided By Kafari

Flying Colors guests will be serenaded by Kafari's symphonic sounds. Kafari’s unique style explores the worlds of piano, beats, and rhythm bones.

Entertainment Provided By Unique Unknown & Friends

Flying Colors guests will have the opportunity to participate in a fully improvised, interactive music, art, and comedy experience for all ages from Unique Unknown & Friends.


Live Auction + Paddle Raise

An exclusive art-focused Live Auction will be held at 8 pm, along with a Raise-The-Paddle. Join CMTM Executive Director Julie Butcher Pezzino, NEW CENTER Maine’s Chris Costa, and auctioneer John D. Bottero. Limited capacity program.
