Ticket holders and members, on their own behalf and on behalf of any related parties, such as minors, acknowledge and assume all risks and dangers associated with attending or participating in CMTM exhibits, programs, and events.

All children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult. All adults must be accompanied by a child.

CMTM does not allow unaccompanied adults unless they are visiting the theatre for a ticketed performance. Unaccompanied adults wishing to tour the facility can make arrangements in advance by emailing development@kitetails.org.

Food or drink is only allowed in designated areas; water bottles and baby bottles are exceptions. Glass containers are not allowed.

An outdoor picnic area is available on CMTM’s Gather Lawn. Our Thompson’s Point neighbors offer to-go food and beverage service you could bring to our picnic area. We encourage you to explore What Else is at Thompson’s Point.

Weapons

CMTM does not permit any weapons or weapon-like replicas on the  CMTM campus, inside the building, or at any CMTM events.

Smoking, Vaping, and Tobacco

CMTM is a 100% smoke-free, tobacco-free, marijuana-free, and vaping-free space.

CMTM is dedicated to providing its members, staff, and visitors with a safe and healthy environment. CMTM recognizes that smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco products on our premises are detrimental to the health and safety of everyone. CMTM supports an environment where youth and adults are not exposed to the harmful effects of secondhand smoke and are supported in efforts to live smoke and tobacco-free.

This policy prohibits all smoking, vaping, and the use of all tobacco:

- Inside the building.

- On all grounds, including the Gather Lawn and Lot 7.

- At all events hosted or organized by CMTM, both indoor and outdoor.

Alcohol use is prohibited in the building, on the property, or on campus. Guests may not carry alcohol (opened or unopened) onto the premises.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome. Service animals are defined as dogs or miniature horses that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. Pets and animals not designated as service dogs or miniature horses are not allowed on the premises or campus.

In Case of Illness

Due to licensing agreements, photography, and videography are prohibited in Maddy’s Theatre unless prior authorization is granted.

Refund Policy

If your party cannot attend at the reserved time, we ask that you cancel or reschedule your reservation at least 24 hours in advance to allow others to utilize your time slot.
