Sensory Saturday Play Your Way Turtles & Art Online

Explore the world of turtles, meet new friends, and observe the Museum & Theatre's yellow bellied slider turtles during the first online Play Your Way event.

Play Your Way are special times designed for anyone who would benefit from a low-key introduction to the Museum & Theatre including families affected by autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and other challenges. Typically, these events are monthly playtimes at the Museum & Theatre's 142 Free Street facility; however, due to social distancing requirements, we will be taking Play Your Way online.

Sensory Saturdays online are a welcoming and safe time to be yourself, learn something new, and take a look inside the Museum & Theatre from the comfort of your own home. You can expect a short turtle presentation and time to ask questions. You'll also receive simple instructions for how to create turtle art at home.

Please register by June 3rd with your name and email so we can send you a Zoom link. The link will be sent out on Friday, June 5th.

Questions about Play Your Way events? Please email Lily O'Brien Gilbert, Director of Visitor Engagement, at lily@kitetails.org or call 207-828-1234 x243
